For questions about room-rates for indvidual reservations please check our best rates online by clicking here or by calling our reservations department at 1-877-538-8666 (+1-305-538-8666).  Our Advance Purchase Plan provides savings of up to 15% and requires full payment at the time of booking and has to be booked 21 prior to arrival.  No changes or cancellations will be possible and 100% of the payment will be retained by the hotel.  Due to constantly changing inventory and rates, we are not able to quote rates or make reservations through email.

If you are requesting a copy of your hotel bill or have any other accounting-related questions, please contact our Accounting Department at emorciego@grandbeachhotel.com.

It is not necessary to re-confirm your reservation at the Grand Beach Hotel.  If you booked your reservation online or through one of our Reservations Agents, a confirmation number is being emailed to you (please check your Spam folders).  For any other reservation-related questions, please email reservations@grandbeachhotel.com.  For special requests for an existing reservation in the future, please contact our Front Office Manager at nocio@grandbeachhotel.com.
