The Grand Beach Hotel restaurant: “Chez Gaston” is not unique in concept. Owner/operator Alex Scolnik is renowned for introducing his Santa Fe News & Express style restaurant into the Bal Harbor shopping mall in 1996. His concept embraces simplicity and sophistication by serving delicious hot & cold sandwiches coupled with his famous espresso. What started out as a small lunch spot for nearby shop owners & employees ultimately became the eatery of choice. The Grand Beach Hotel brings guests this fast yet eloquent eating arrangement at the steps of our “beach” atmosphere where we bring the outside in.

The sand dunes and swimming pools in the background will make for a very casual and tropical dining experience. Our attentive & efficient service will provide you with food cooked to perfection and give you both distinctive flavor and great value.
