• Check-in: 4:00pm Check-out: 12:00pm
• Please contact the Front Desk if you are in need of a later check-out time on your departure date. A fee may apply depending on your actual departure time as it will be based on availability.
• Self Check-in kiosks are available 24 hours a day for guest convenience and are located in the lobby adjacent to the registration desk.
• Express checkout available for all departing guests.
• Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.
• Rollaway beds are not available.
• Baby cribs are available free of charge.
• Small Pets are permitted; please contact the hotel for details.
• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation. Credit cards will only be charged at the time of departure. Certain rates and periods designated by the hotel require full pre-payment of room and tax for the entire stay at the time of reservation.
• Reservations can be cancelled at no charge to the guest if done so by 5pm two days before arrival. Should a guest fail cancel by this time a late cancellation fee equal to the amount of the first night room and tax will apply. If a guest fails to check-in, the hotel will charge the guest a ‘no-show charge’ equal to the amount of the first night room and tax.
• On 'special event' dates, reductions in the length of stay are subject to the full value of the stay (room + tax).
• Guests may receive standard letters and carrier envelopes free of charge.  Any packages/ boxes larger than a carrier envelope and up to forty (40) pounds in weight will be subject to a one-time storage and handling fee based on the size of the box.  
  The following charges will apply:
  Boxes 10x7x3 inches or larger: $4 
  Boxes 17x13x13 inches or larger: $8
  Boxes 18x18x16 inches or larger: $12
  Guests should contact our Concierge Desk to make special arrangments, if they expect shipments in excess of forty (40) pounds per box.  Any unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender after fourteen (14) days.  Due to limited storage space, we request that shipments not arrive any earlier than two (2) days prior to arrival

No personal checks will be accepted.  At check-in, Grand Beach Hotel will authorize an amount equal to room and tax (unless pre-paid) and estimated incidentals for the entire stay.  All Cash paying guests will need to present a valid credit card upon check-in.
