In order to verify your claim, you must hold a confirmed reservation at the Grand Beach Hotel. If you feel that another web-site is offering a lower rate (priced in US$) for the same category, dates, restrictions and number of guests, please fax a print-out of the other site's booking screen to 305-538-8009 within 24 hours of making your reservation at our hotel. Alternatively, you can also e-mail the screen capture to email@example.com within the same 24-hour time-frame. In all cases, please refer to your existing reservation at the Grand Beach Hotel. Our Reservations Department will not be able to adjust rates on the phone.
If the claim can be verified, we will match the rate shown on the other website, plus extend a complimentary upgrade. It’s that simple!

- Dates for which a lower rate applies
