Grand Beach Hotel Miami Beach is now open and ready to welcome guests. Our restaurants and pools are open and we are awaiting the decision by the City of Miami Beach to allow us to provide lounge-chairs on the beach. The beach is open to guests who want access it on their own. The City of Miami Beach has worked very hard to restore our destination and restaurants, shops and airports are now open and ready to serve everyone.
Important Information for guests who were affected by the closure of the hotel (Sep 8-12, 2017)
Guests who made their reservation through a travel agent, tour company or online agency and paid for their stay to these intermediaries prior to arrival at the hotel are requested to contact the original booking source to cancel the reservation or for a refund. Please do not contact the hotel directly, if the reservation was made through one of the companies listed above.
Guests who booked with the hotel directly and pre-paid their stay will receive a full refund from our Reservations Department. Due to the high volume of refund request for reservations during the closure of the hotel, we appreciate your patience throughout the process.
Regular Cancellation and No Show policies based on the rate booked are now in effect.
